  • Size. Match Group, which owns Tinder, Hinge and Match, reports about 13.25 million paying members across its apps.14 We're new, so there are fewer people near you.
  • Verified profiles. Tinder now requires a face check for new UK users, and Bumble offers ID checks.1113 We don't verify identity yet.
  • Filters and nearby discovery. Tinder and Bumble let you set age, distance and gender preferences.1920 We don't have these yet.
  • Date safety tools. Bumble has a Safety Centre and lets you share date details with a friend.16 We have block and report, but no date check-in yet.
  • Travel mode. Tinder and Bumble let paying members match in another city.1718 We don't offer this yet.
  • Ads and languages. We show ads in the feed and during calls, including to paying members, and the app is in English only.

Plans unlock Who Likes Me, Schedule a Call, unlimited scheduled messages and extra Dark Matter results. Prices are in USD and may vary by region and currency. Billed through the App Store or Google Play, renewing until you cancel. Cancel any time in your store account. "Save 33%" compares a year at the yearly price with twelve monthly payments.

Straight answers.

Is Heaven Soul Mates free?

Yes. The app is free to download, and likes and messaging are unlimited with no daily cap. Voice and video calls are free, and all 12 Meet modes are open on the free plan. Paid plans add a few extras inside Dark Matter.

What do Verify and Verify+ add?

Both paid plans unlock the full Who Likes Me list, Schedule a Call, unlimited scheduled messages, more Dark Matter coincidences with the list of who found you, and a plan badge on your profile. Each comes with a 7-day free trial and is billed through the App Store or Google Play.

Is my Verify badge an ID check?

No. The badge shows that someone is on a Verify or Verify+ plan. It does not mean their identity has been checked. We don't verify identity yet.

Are there ads?

Yes. We show ads in the feed and during calls, including to paying members. Paid plans are not ad-free.

Can I filter by age, distance or gender?

Not yet. Search filters, nearby discovery and travel mode are not built yet. Today you meet people through the 12 Meet modes and the Soul Match deck.

Who can join, and how do I report someone?

Heaven Soul Mates is for adults aged 18 and over. Every profile and chat has Block and Report, and report reasons include Underage User. You can also email support@heavenecohub.com.

Where can I use it?

On iPhone through the App Store, on Android through Google Play, and in any modern browser through the web app. One account works on all three.

How did you check the comparison with other apps?

We checked each app's own help pages, UK app store listings and company reports on 2 October 2026. Every claim we make about another app is numbered and linked to its source. Where we couldn't find a reliable public source, the table says Not confirmed. If something is out of date, email support@heavenecohub.com and we'll fix it.
