Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Heaven Soul Mates, published by Heaven Eco Hub. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Heaven Soul Mates. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to agree to these terms. We remove accounts belonging to minors (see our Child Safety Standards).
2. Your account
- Give accurate information, including your real age.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.
3. Community rules
You must not:
- Post or send anything illegal, including any content that sexualises minors. We report this to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, abuse or stalk other users.
- Send sexual content to anyone who hasn't asked for it.
- Run scams, request money, or promote commercial services without our permission.
- Post hate speech, violent content, spam or malware.
- Use bots or scrapers, or collect other users' data.
- Interfere with the app or try to get unauthorised access to it.
Use Report and Block in the app to tell us about anyone breaking these rules.
4. Your content
You own the content you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it, but only to run Heaven Soul Mates. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
5. Safety
We don't run criminal background checks on members. Be careful when you talk to or meet people you've met online: meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to someone you haven't met.
6. Subscriptions
- Paid plans (such as Verify and Verify+) are billed through Google Play or the App Store, monthly or yearly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel them in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- If there's a free trial, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel first.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
7. Profile badges
Members on a paid plan show a plan badge on their profile. A badge does not mean we have checked that member's identity, and it doesn't guarantee how they will behave.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or where we need to protect other users.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that other users' content is accurate. To the extent the law allows, Heaven Eco Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using Heaven Soul Mates after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections it gives you.
