Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Heaven Soul Mates account, and the data linked to it, at any time.
Delete in the app
- Open Heaven Soul Mates and sign in.
- Go to your Profile tab and tap Delete Account (it's also under Settings).
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete without the app
Email support@heavenecohub.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos and media
- Your messages and chats
- Your posts, stories, comments and reactions
- Your matches, likes and swipes
- Your call history and notification settings
- Your login account
What may be kept
- Purchase and transaction records, kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
- Records connected to safety reports or legal requests, kept only as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) or in your App Store settings.
