Child Safety Standards
Heaven Soul Mates is a dating app for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
To report a child safety concern, use Report → Underage User on any profile or chat in the app, or email support@heavenecohub.com with the subject "Child Safety".
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police straight away (999 in the UK, 911 in the US).
1. Who these standards apply to
These standards apply to everyone who uses Heaven Soul Mates on Android, iOS and the web, and to all content shared through it: profiles, photos, messages, voice and video calls, posts, stories, comments and channels.
2. What is prohibited
We prohibit, and will act on, any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children, including:
- Creating, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, AI-generated or altered imagery.
- Grooming: building a relationship with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, or any attempt to obtain sexual images from a minor.
- Sexualised comments about minors, or content that normalises the sexual abuse of children.
- Trafficking or advertising minors for sexual purposes.
- Anyone under 18 creating or using an account.
3. Age requirement
- You must be 18 or over to use Heaven Soul Mates. Our sign-up screens ask everyone to confirm they are 18 or over before an account is created.
- Any member can flag a profile they believe belongs to someone under 18 using Report → Underage User.
- Any account we believe belongs to someone under 18 is suspended and removed.
4. How users can report
- In the app: every profile and conversation has a Report option. Reasons include Underage User and Inappropriate Content. Users can also block the account at the same time.
- By email: support@heavenecohub.com. You don't need an account to report.
Reports are confidential. We don't tell the reported user who reported them.
5. How we respond
- Child safety reports are prioritised over every other kind of report.
- When we find or are told about CSAM or CSAE, we remove the content, permanently ban the account(s) involved, and take steps to stop them coming back.
- We preserve the relevant evidence securely, as the law requires, so it is available to law enforcement.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline and to the relevant national authority, including the UK National Crime Agency (NCA-CEOP) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
- We cooperate fully with valid requests from law enforcement.
6. Compliance with the law
Heaven Soul Mates complies with applicable child safety laws, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and reports to regional and national authorities as described above.
7. Child safety point of contact
Our designated child safety contact can answer questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance:
