Privacy Policy
Heaven Soul Mates ("we", "our", "us") is published by Heaven Eco Hub. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Heaven Soul Mates app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name or username, email address, phone number, date of birth.
- Profile information: photos, bio, interests, gender and dating preferences you choose to share.
- Content you create: messages, voice and video calls, posts, stories, comments and reports.
- Location (optional): only with your device permission.
- Profile setup: you can choose to share an approximate location while setting up your profile. It is saved on your profile, together with the age range and maximum distance you pick, and used to work out how compatible you are with other members (people closer to you score higher). These preferences affect your compatibility score; they don't yet filter who you see. You can skip this step.
- Chats: when you choose to share a location in a chat, the person you send it to can see it.
- Dream map: if you allow it, the map can show where you are on your own screen. We don't save that position.
- Purchases: subscription status and transaction records. Card details are handled by Google Play or the App Store and never reach us.
- Device and usage data: device type, app version, crash logs, push notification tokens and how you use features.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: create your account, show your profile, suggest matches (including using the optional location and preferences you set), and deliver messages and calls.
- To keep people safe: enforce our Terms and Child Safety Standards, review reports, and detect fraud, spam and underage users.
- To process subscriptions and provide customer support.
- To improve the app with analytics and crash reports.
- To show ads (on every plan, including to subscribers).
- To meet our legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With other users, as far as you choose to show it on your profile and in conversations.
- With service providers who run parts of the service for us: Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, storage, messaging), Google Analytics and Crashlytics, Google AdMob (advertising), and Google Play and Apple (billing).
- With law enforcement or regulators where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety, including reports of child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and national authorities.
- With a buyer or successor if the business is transferred.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is restricted to authorised staff, and our security rules limit each user to the data they are allowed to see.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, messages, posts and other personal data are deleted. We may keep limited records for longer where the law requires it (for example purchase records, or evidence connected to a safety report).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email support@heavenecohub.com to use these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile tab or Settings (tap Delete Account). See how to delete your account for details, including how to request deletion without the app.
8. Age limit
Heaven Soul Mates is only for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete any account we find belongs to a minor.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, by our service providers. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the "last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app.
